We will order car magnets instead of stickers; the company sent pictures (they could not use hand drawn pictures) that we could use for both the Union tiger and Southwick jaguar. General consensus was to use these pictures. We will receive 500 (250 for each school) decals for $540. We agreed to sell them for $3. The company will make up draft decals for us to see before full order is made.
Sledding at Tilton Prep Hill – because of the lack of snow, the group decided to forego the sledding event for next weekend and try for March 10. We will firm up details at the next meeting. The group discussed maybe doing skating instead at ice rink on Winnisquam football field if there is still no snow.
Movie Night – Cindy would like to do 3/16 or 3/23. Mrs. Laureti mentioned that the 2nd grade concert is on the 22nd. The group decided to serve pizza and start the movie directly after serving. We discussed the how to improve the event – specifically sound and children running around during the movie disturbing other movie goers. We will talk more about this next meeting.
The group decided to do bus driver appreciation on March 9. We will do $5 Dunkin Donuts gift cards. Mrs. Laureti will call the bus company and find out how many bus drivers there are. We will give the principals the cards on 3/8 at the PTO meeting for distribution the following day.

Product distribution will occur the first week of May.
